– deliveries are made on working days from 8.00 a.m. to 6 p.m.
– you may request evening delivery from 5 – 9 p.m. For a list of evening delivery locations, please click here
– the driver will contact you in advance on the telephone number you provided (by voice or SMS) and will arrange an approximate time of delivery with you
– if the driver is unable to deliver on the first attempt, he will leave a message and then try again the following workday
– you can pay the driver C.O.D. by cash or credit card; all PPL drivers are equipped with a payment terminal
– generally, delivery occurs within 24 hrs. of the ship date

receiving goods; claims

– when you receive a parcel, please check the condition of the outer packaging
– by accepting delivery, you automatically confirm that the shipment is free of visual evidence of damage
– should the packing be faulty or damaged, inform the driver immediately
– should you discover upon opening your parcel that the contents within are damaged, please inform the expeditor within 3 working days
– in case of any damaged goods, we recommend that you take photo documentation of the parcel immediately upon unpacking
